About me

My name is Jaroslav Krč and I focus on developing web solutions, providing IT support, and teaching programming.
I help individuals and businesses digitalize their operations – from the first idea to a fully functioning website, marketing content, and ongoing technical support.

Programming is not just work for me, but a long-term passion. I enjoy connecting technical implementation (backend, databases, infrastructure) with clarity and usability for real everyday users.

What I do today

I currently live and work in Austria, where I am active in several areas:

  I build custom-made websites and web applications – from initial design to deployment, including backend development, databases, and hosting administration.

• ⭐ Video Marketing & Digital Business Support

  I help businesses promote their services by creating short promotional videos, managing Facebook pages, preparing content, and solving technical issues with software and devices.

• ⭐ RedBlue Academy – Programming Education

  I teach programming in Python and C#, helping students understand the fundamentals and gain confidence in technology.

My Journey in Short

My professional journey has been diverse, providing me with something that is often missing in IT – understanding people, business, and real-world context outside of a computer screen.

I started as a sales manager in the financial and automotive sector. Later, I managed a first-league hockey club, which taught me responsibility, leadership, and working with people.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

I worked as a teaching assistant in primary schools and later in an administrative role. This gave me valuable experience in communication, organization, and support for people with different needs.

🇦🇹 Austria

After moving to Austria, I decided to change my career path and fully devote myself to IT, which had always been my passion.
I completed IT studies at Schulungszentrum Fohnsdorf, specializing in:

During my studies, I founded RedBlue Academy, where I teach programming and gradually expand my IT services.
